	Ensure that customer needs and expectations are fulfilled leading to enhancement of satisfaction as perceived by them.
	Ensure that continual improvement is understood and practiced to result in the effectiveness of our Quality Management system, processes, products and services.
	Ensure that such improvements result in cost effectiveness and product/process efficiency to result in retention as also enlargement of customer base.
	We also attempt at communicating this policy to all persons at all levels within the organization so that this policy is a working reality within the organization.
