Welcome to R.R.Industries:
Your
source for authentic bulk container liners:
R.R Industries is a leading manufacturer of standard and customized
container liners. We offer a wide selection of liners in a variety
of size and thickness to meet your specific application.
What Liners do:
Bulk Container Liners, from a clean, dry and protective shield between
the product and the floor and walls of the container. This enables
a 20', 30' and 40' bulk container to be used as a low cost alternative
to a road tanker for the transport of free flowing, bulk products.
After discharging, the liner is simply removed and discarded, leaving
the container free of residue and the danger of cross-contamination
subsequent products.

What Liners Are Made From:
Liners are custom made to requirements from multi-layer, co-extruded
polythene film containing LDPE and LLDPE for high strength and toughness
with low weight. A range of filling and discharging features is
available to provide product control and to interface with available
equipment.
How to install liners:
Installation of liner takes a matter of minutes and is simplicity
itself. Standard 20' and 40' containers, which will be filled and
discharged with the doors open, require a false bulkhead. This can
be a wooden structure, built in-situ, a reusable, heavy duty woven
polypropylene fabric sheet reinforced with steel bars: or am disposable,
lighter weight polyethylene fabric front, integrated into the liner
construction and again reinforced with steel bars. The latter allows
a large, zip fastening filling hatch to be incorporated if required.
